Before sending any item, message our team with full product details so we can confirm fit, condition, and next steps for intake.
Step 1
Share clear photos plus the brand, item name, inclusions, current condition, and any flaws so our team can review your piece.
Step 2
We review condition, resale potential, and brand fit. Pieces that do not meet our quality or authenticity standards may be declined.
Step 3
Your listing price is discussed collaboratively based on market value, condition, and demand. Authentication fees may be built into the final selling price.
Step 4
A non-refundable authentication fee is collected up front. Supported items are checked through Entrupy, while unsupported categories may be routed through LegitGrails.
Step 5
Once approved, you can arrange shipment, local handoff, or appointment-based drop-off with Elite Luxe Collections.
Step 6
Once your item sells, payout is typically processed within 1 to 14 banking days, net of any applicable fees.
Authentication fee: PHP 1,800 for standard Entrupy-supported items.
LegitGrails may be used for footwear, accessories, or brands not supported by Entrupy.
Items are typically listed for 60 days during the consignment period.
A PHP 2,500 pull-out fee applies when an item is withdrawn within the first 60 days.

Every accepted piece goes through a structured review and authentication flow designed to protect both the consignor and the buyer.
