Elite Luxe Collections
These terms outline how Elite Luxe Collections manages authentication, pricing, listing duration, payout, and item withdrawal for consigned luxury pieces.
A non-refundable authentication fee is required for all accepted consigned items. We use authentication as part of our quality-control process to help ensure only genuine items are offered through Elite Luxe Collections.
Supported items may be authenticated through Entrupy. Footwear, accessories, or unsupported brands may be routed through LegitGrails or another approved service when appropriate.
Authentication fees are mandatory, collected up front, and are non-refundable.
A pull-out fee of PHP 2,500 applies when a consigned item is withdrawn within 60 days from the original date of posting. This fee covers intake, listing, administrative, and handling costs associated with the early removal of the item.
Standard consignment runs for 60 days. Elite Luxe Collections may extend or shorten the listing period based on performance, seasonality, demand, or mutual agreement with the consignor.
Final selling price is determined collaboratively, taking into account current market value, brand demand, item condition, and completeness of inclusions.
If the authentication fee is not built into the final asking price, it may be deducted as an applicable fee when payout is processed.
Payment for sold items is generally released within 1 to 14 banking days after the completed sale. Payout is based on the final selling price less any applicable fees or agreed deductions.
Items submitted for consignment must be in good condition and must include honest disclosure of wear, alterations, repairs, odor, or missing components.
Elite Luxe Collections reserves the right to decline any piece that does not meet our quality, condition, presentation, or authenticity requirements.
We handle consigned items with care, but Elite Luxe Collections is not liable for loss or damage arising from events beyond reasonable control, including theft, fire, courier disruption, or natural disasters. Consignors should ensure they are comfortable with these risks before proceeding.
Either party may end the consignment arrangement with prior notice. If the item is pulled out during the initial 60-day period, the applicable pull-out fee remains in effect.
Elite Luxe Collections may offer layaway on approved consigned items. Consignors agree that eligible pieces may be made available under layaway when arranged with a buyer.
Layaway interest is 1% per month and may be passed through to the consignor for a maximum of four months. For one-month layaway terms, the interest may be waived. Payout timing depends on the buyer's completion of the agreed layaway schedule.
